## After you pre-order
1. When pre-orders open: Your receipt, member number and referral link arrive by email.
2. At launch, late November 2026: Download the app and sign in with the same email; your plan is on.
3. Refunds: Full refund before launch and for 14 days after you start using the app.

## Gift a year of Bravoora
Send a year of Plus or Together with an emailed gift code.
- Gift a Plus year: US$54 · AED 199. A year of Plus for someone else. A gift can be refunded only before it is redeemed.
- Gift a Together year: US$95 · AED 349. A year of Together for up to 6 people. A gift can be refunded only before it is redeemed.

## Fair use limits
After these daily allowances, scans continue at a slower speed for the rest of the day. Allergy checks stay at full speed.
- Plus: 30 photo checks (meals, labels, menus) and 100 barcode scans a day
- Together: 75 photo checks and 250 barcode scans a day, shared by everyone on the plan

## Refunds
Full refund any time before launch, and for 14 days after you start using the app. No reason is needed, and the 14 days start on the day you first use the app with your plan. If you never start using the app, the 14 days start 30 days after launch day or after your payment, whichever is later. If the app does not launch, every dirham comes back. A gift can be refunded only before it is redeemed.

## Invite a friend
When a new paying friend's refund window ends, you both get an extra month. Earn up to 12 extra months each calendar year. Gifts don't count. Calendar years run on Dubai time. Every buyer gets a referral link with the receipt; the extra month comes once the friend's 14-day refund window has passed, up to 12 months a calendar year (Dubai time). Gifts never count.

## Bravoora Pro
For dietitians, doctors, dermatologists and personal trainers. Clients connect with your code and choose what to share. Plus is included while they're linked. Your Pro plan includes 10 client links; each extra link costs US$3.27 · AED 12 a month.
- Pro is US$408 · AED 1,499 a year or US$41 · AED 149 a month, with 10 client links included; each extra client is US$3.27 · AED 12 a month. The trial is 30 days, up to 5 clients, no card.
