Delete your Bravoora account and data
You can delete your Bravoora account at any time. Here’s how, and what happens next.
How to delete your account on the website
- Sign in on your account page (we email you a sign-in link).
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your profile and personal details are deleted straight away.
How to ask for deletion by email
Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and complete it within 30 days.
What Bravoora deletes
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile, Watchlist, diet and any other profiles
- Your email address and mobile number; any marketing you had switched on is switched off
- Your referral link and referral rewards on the account (deleting does not by itself refund a payment)
What Bravoora may keep
- Orders on which a payment was started, with their payment records, for as long as tax and commercial law requires, without your personal details
- The record of which Terms, policy and consent wording you accepted and when, without your personal details
- Information that no longer identifies you, used for statistics
Joined but never confirmed?
Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted automatically after 30 days. Email us to remove one sooner.
