Account deletion

Delete your account and data

You can delete your Bravoora account at any time. Here’s how, and what happens next.

In the app

  1. Open Bravoora and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and complete it within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • All profiles, including allergies, diets and avoid lists
  • Your scan history and saved lists
  • Your early-access record and referral link

What we may keep

  • Purchase records that the law requires us to keep
  • Information that no longer identifies you, used for statistics

Only on the waitlist?

Use the unsubscribe link in any Bravoora email, or email us to remove your sign-up and profile completely.
