Terms of Use

1. Who can use Bravoora

You must be 18 or older to create an account or join early access. A parent or guardian may add a child as a family profile and is responsible for that profile.

2. What Bravoora is, and what it is not

Bravoora compares what a product’s label says with the profile you choose and shows you the reason for every answer. It is general product and label information.

Bravoora is not medical, nutritional or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the pack. Labels change, recipes differ by country, and manufacturers make mistakes. If you have a severe allergy or a health condition, follow the advice of your doctor and always check the product yourself. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Some answers say “Needs one more scan” or cannot be verified. That means Bravoora will not guess; it does not mean the product is suitable.

3. Your account and profiles

• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• Keep your profiles accurate. Results are only as good as the profile they are checked against.
• You may delete your account and data at any time in the app or through our account deletion page.

4. Free plan and Bravoora Plus

• The free plan includes 4 complete results per calendar month (Asia/Dubai time), one profile and the ingredient library and free tools.
• Bravoora Plus is a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; refunds follow the store’s rules.
• Plus includes profiles for up to 10 people and no monthly result limit, subject to fair use to prevent automated or commercial scraping.
• We may change prices or plan features with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Founding memberships (pre-launch)

• Reserving a founding seat on the website is free and is not a purchase. When payments open we email you first and hold your seat for 7 days.
• A founding payment is a one-time payment for the package described on the founders page, including Bravoora Plus for life on one account, subject to fair use (unlimited barcode checks and up to 150 AI label reads per month).
• If Bravoora does not launch within 12 months of your payment, you may request a full refund.
• Founders Kit items are shipped after launch to the countries listed on the founders page. Estimated shipping dates are estimates.
• Founding memberships are personal and non-transferable, except for gift years included in a package.
• Payment terms, the receiving entity and taxes will be stated on the payment page and confirmed by email before you pay.

6. Referral rewards

• A friend counts when they join with your link and confirm their email. Rewards unlock when you both open the app after launch.
• Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, purchased sign-ups and automated traffic are not allowed and lead to forfeiture of rewards.
• Reward tiers may change before launch; earned rewards are honoured as described when they were earned.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or attempts to bypass limits.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not use Bravoora to make health claims about products to others.

8. Content you send us

When you send label photos, corrections or reports, you allow us to use them to read the label, correct product information and improve the service. You keep any rights you have in them. Corrections are checked before they are applied to a product.

9. Intellectual property

Bravoora, its name, logo, design, text, ingredient guides and software belong to us or our licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Bravoora is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on a result without checking the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Bravoora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 9 and 10) continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of the UAE, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
