Questions
Why do allergens hide behind other names?
Ingredients are often listed by their technical or trade names: whey and casein instead of milk, semolina instead of wheat, albumin instead of egg. Allergen laws in the EU, UK and US require the source to be made clear, but the wording still varies from pack to pack.
Where do the answers come from?
Every clue links to the Bravoora ingredient guide it is based on, which cites official allergen guidance from the FDA, the UK Food Standards Agency and EU regulations.
